Manufacturing & automotive.
A component delivery and a finished-goods shipment can have very different priorities. Share production timing, packaging, part sensitivity and dock schedules. For urgent parts, include the actual ready time and required delivery time so expedited ground options can be evaluated.
Building materials, steel & construction.
Length, weight, loading method and site access are central to these shipments. Explain crane or forklift availability, unloading surface and weather protection needs. Let us know if the destination is an active jobsite or has restricted access.
Machinery & industrial equipment.
Provide packaged dimensions, weight per piece, center-of-gravity information when relevant, and a loading plan. Photos or specifications can help explain unusual geometry. Oversize status and equipment fit require review before a load is accepted.
Retail, distribution & consumer products.
Pallet count, stackability, receiving appointments and delivery access affect the freight plan. Include any distribution-center instructions, labeling needs or restrictions on early delivery. LTL and truckload suitability depend on volume and handling requirements.
