This notice explains the intended handling of information submitted through the J&A Brokerage website. Company review is required before the website begins accepting live submissions.
Information you choose to provide.
Quote requests collect business contact information, shipment details and optional documents. Agent applications collect contact information, professional experience, optional business estimates and supporting documents. General inquiries collect your contact details and message. Please do not send government IDs, payment credentials, confidential customer lists or unrelated sensitive information.
How information is used.
Information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, clarify shipment requirements, review an agent inquiry and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing. Information needed to arrange transportation may be shared with appropriate service providers after the shipment process is confirmed.
Website operation and attribution.
An essential, short-lived form cookie protects submissions. Campaign source, medium and campaign labels, the landing-page path and referring-page origin/path may accompany a submission. Query strings from referring pages are not retained. This build has no third-party advertising trackers. Draft form information stays in page memory and is cleared when you leave or refresh.
Storage and access.
The intended deployment stores submissions in a private database and documents outside the public website directory. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service. A production retention schedule and responsible privacy contact must be established by J&A before launch; this draft does not claim a retention practice already exists.
Questions and requests.
Use the contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. The company may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal documents in your inquiry.
